Booking conditions & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy
  • timely cancellations are free of charge
  • bank fees, PayPal fees and credit card fees are not refunded
  • cancellation with shorter notice than 24 hours before the collection date is understood as a no-show; full cost of the transportation including bank / credit card / PayPal fees are charged / kept
Reservation amendments
  • transportation date and pick up time can be changed anytime
  • “24-hour notice” rule applies: You can change your pick up date and pick up time free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Later amendments may not be accepted and may result in the no-show charge.
  • if the car / minibus is not yet on the way to the pick up point, we do NOT charge any “late amendment” fees
Acceptance of the booking
  • transportation reservation is confirmed within 24 hours after submission of the booking
  • all requested details have to be supplied using the booking form or email
Payment & prepayment of Prague airport taxi

We accept following payments:

  • cash to the driver (in Euro, Czech Koruna (1 EUR = 27,00 CZK) or US Dollar (1 EUR = 1.10 USD), exchange rates may vary on the day of booking versus day of transportation to / from Prague)
  • credit card (to the driver or in advance, the charge is done in CZK according to the above exchange rates, there is no additional fee for a credit card payment)
  • PayPal in advance (surplus 6%)
  • Bank transfer in advance (surplus 1.85%)

What information do I need in order to book Prague airport taxi?

All details requested on the booking form are very important for us to provide the most accurate price quotations and transportation services. However should you prefer booking by email, whatsapp, viber, sms or phone, always prepare following details:

Pick up date
Pick up time
Name of the leading passenger
Total number of adults and children (younger 12 years)
Pick up point
Drop off point

In case you are looking for arrival airport transfer or train station transfer, do not forget to include exact flight number or train number. Do not confuse the ticket number and the actual flight / train details.

Meet & Greet

At the hotel

The driver will meet you in the lobby.

If you wish not to wait for the driver in the lobby, please inform the receptionist about the private transfer arrangements. Once the driver arrives, he will report to the receptionist, who can call you to your room / breakfast room / bar etc. and let you know, the transfer is ready.

Should you not be able to see the driver, do not hesitate, call immediately 00420 775 744 447, our ground support will help you to meet the driver.

Private address

The driver will meet you in front of the building. If the area is not accessible by car, the driver will wait in person. He will know your name and will actively be looking for you.

At the Prague train station

Driver will wait INSIDE the hall nearby BURGER KING fast food. He will hold a sign with your name on display.

Delayed or early trains
We track all arrivals online, early / delayed arrival is not a problem. Naturally at no extra charge.

At the Prague airport

Driver will wait INSIDE the arrivals hall of arrival terminal nearby EXIT / ENTRANCE “D”. He will hold a sign with your name and bear a pleasant smile to welcome you to Prague.

We track all arrivals online, early / delayed arrival is not a problem. Naturally at no extra charge.

Price inclusions and exclusions

Tipping the driver
  • Tip is not charged automatically and it is not a part of the price
  • Customary tip is 10%.
What is not included in the cost of the Prague airport taxi
  • waiting 1 hour after the plane landed (extra charge is 8 Euro per each 30 minutes waiting)
  • parking fees 1 hour after the plane landed (extra charge is 2 Euro per each 30 minutes parking)
  • additional drop off address or key collection (extra charge is 8 Euro for every additional stop)
  • portage in/out (it is a courtesy of a driver to help with luggage)
  • tip for the driver
